It Starts Before the Sauce
At The COOP, flavor isn't something we only add at the end. Every wing gets our proprietary seasoning before it goes anywhere near the fryer, so the flavor is built into the wing itself — the sauce finishes it, it doesn't carry it.

Our wings are fresh and naked, with no breading. Without a coating in the way, the seasoning goes straight onto the wing and you get the texture of the wing itself, not a layer of batter.
